Paul J. Yuras began his career in 1978. Mr. Yuras is a Vietnam Veteran who returned from service to graduate from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Business. Working for many years in the field of Accounting & Taxation gives him the ability to provide strong financial analysis.
With over 38 years of experience, extensively in the industrial and commercial real estate markets, Mr. Yuras has completed millions of square feet of sale & lease transactions for hundreds of companies.
In addition, Mr. Yuras & his company have worked together with Cushman & Wakefield, serving as a sub-contractor providing real estate tenant representation services for the NYC Department of Citywide Administration Services. Mr. Yuras personally negotiated for, consulted with, and successfully completed over a million square feet of relocation & lease renewal transactions for numerous New York City agencies during the period of 1995 through 2003, and once again, in the same capacity, from 2009 to 2016.
As a Principal of DY Realty Services, he is proud of the high quality and professional service offered by himself and by DY Realty Services as a whole.
Mathew Diana grew up on Long Island and has been a New Yorker his entire life. After attending college at the State University at New Paltz, he began a career in real estate at Rennert-Diana & Co., Inc. founded by his father Richard Diana.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Diana has completed numerous sale and lease transactions in all boroughs. He also has extensive experience with construction, construction management and building maintenance.
Ranee Jaber earned his Bachelor's Degree as an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University, and his Master's Degree from Pace University in New York. Since joining DY Realty in 2007, Ranee has been involved in over $300,000,000.00 worth of commercial real estate transactions, and is constantly innovating and establishing new lines of business within the industry, with a particular focus on digital technology. Having worked with companies both large and small, Ranee can quickly identify the key requirements of any organization in order to provide prices and professional service.
Warren Baymond joined DY Realty Services in 1988 after a career at IBM as a Field Engineer and Services Director. He has 18 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate leasing and sales. He has a strong track record of advising buyers, sellers, tenants, owners and investors to successful negotiate the acquisition, disposition and leasing of their properties. Understanding customer requirements and locating properties that help them achieve their business objectives has been the top priority. Warren has worked closely with city and state agencies and not-for-profit companies to achieve their objective of delivering valuable services to their clients and communities.
He has represented the New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation, the New York State Dormitory Authority, and been a member of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services Tenant Representation Team since 2011.
Warren studied Electrical Engineering at Howard University in Washington, DC and graduated from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio with a Master in Business Administration.
Justin Butts was born and raised in Sag Harbor, NY and earned his degree in International Business from Eckerd College in Florida. Fluent in English and German, he spent 3 years in Germany working for an international shipping and logistics company. When he returned to New York, Justin took up residence on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and began his career in industrial and commercial real estate. Since 2000, he has been instrumental in closing hundreds of sale and lease deals throughout the 5 boroughs.
Originally from China, Jean Liu now calls Westbury, NY home. With a BA in English and a Master’s in Education, she has been involved in industrial and commercial real estate for many years. Adept in the Chinese and English languages, Jean has facilitated countless lease and sale transactions in the industrial, development and retail sectors.
A graduate of the New York City College of Technology, Kris Jimenez is a Queens native. After a decade long career as a NYC paramedic, he decided to build a more satisfying career in industrial and commercial real estate. Kris has focused on assisting Outer-borough specific clients with their industrial, office, creative space and retail needs.
Since joining DY Realty in 2011, he has demonstrated his negotiating abilities by leasing spaces as small as 2,500 square feet to selling 100,000+ square feet industrial sites.

Paul Cianciaruso, Director of Information Technology & Marketing, was born and raised in Queens, NY and graduated from CUNY Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Communications & Media Studies. He spent 10 years working in the advertising and marketing sector before joining DY Realty Services in 2015. His primary duty is to translate DY Realty's vision into clear, concise marketing materials and design elements. Currently residing in Bellerose, Queens, Paul also has a hand in DY Realty's SEO, User Support, Geographical Imaging and Data Design. He received his New York State salesperson license in early 2018 and uses his strong knowledge of technology to contribute to the identification and marketing of properties throughout the boroughs.
Abhiram joined the DY team in 2017. Prior to DY, he was a senior associate at Triangle Equities. Before that, he was VP of acquisitions at Cayuga Capital Management (CCM), in this role he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and transaction execution of multi-family, retail, office and hospitality investments.
Abhiram was involved in the acquisition and development of over $500 million in real estate assets primarily in the North Brooklyn sub-market.
Michael Makris was born and raised in Garden City, NY. After graduating from Towson University in 2011, Michael spent eight years in the media industry with key positions at companies like the NBA, Showtime and CBS. Beginning as a Marketing Account Executive, Michael rose to the position of Assistant Director and eventually Executive Producer.Having joined DY Realty Group in 2019, Michael has immersed himself and quickly learned the NYC outer-borough commercial real estate market.With a focus on industrial real estate and development in Brooklyn and Queens, Michael has also negotiated and closed deals in the office and retail markets.
Zion grew up in Israel and moved to New York City 25 years ago. He has worked as a computer programmer and as an entrepreneur in several successful businesses before joining DY Realty.
Over the past decade, Mr. Segev has completed numerous sale and lease transactions in all boroughs. He also has extensive experience with construction, construction management and building maintenance.
Aidrich has been developing web-based database and reporting systems since 2000 and joined the DY team in 2003. In his tenure with the company, he has created one of the most comprehensive web-based Customer, Listing and Marketing management systems in the business. Though he returned to his hometown of Wichita, Kansas in 2014, Aidrich remains a committed part of the DY family.

Gary graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Economics. He began his career in commercial real estate industry in 1979 at Rennert-Diana & Co, Inc, the firm founded by his father, Richard Diana. Over his career, Mr. Diana has completed millions of square feet in transactions with a focus on the four outer boroughs of New York City.
In the past he served as President of the University's Alumni Organization and was a current member of its nomination recognition committee. He was an active member of several national and international groups that focus on education and cultural renewal for indigenous people throughout North America and South America. Gary worked to build schools in the Amazon and participation on building projects in South Dakota to improve the lives of Native American people living on reservations.
Sadly, after a brief, hard battle with pancreatic cancer, Gary passed away a little after midnight on August 23, 2016.
