Paul J. Yuras began his career in 1978. Mr. Yuras is a Vietnam Veteran who returned from service to graduate from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Business. Working for many years in the field of Accounting & Taxation gives him the ability to provide strong financial analysis.
With over 38 years of experience, extensively in the industrial and commercial real estate markets, Mr. Yuras has completed millions of square feet of sale & lease transactions for hundreds of companies.
In addition, Mr. Yuras & his company have worked together with Cushman & Wakefield, serving as a sub-contractor providing real estate tenant representation services for the NYC Department of Citywide Administration Services. Mr. Yuras personally negotiated for, consulted with, and successfully completed over a million square feet of relocation & lease renewal transactions for numerous New York City agencies during the period of 1995 through 2003, and once again, in the same capacity, from 2009 to 2016.

Mathew Diana grew up on Long Island and has been a New Yorker his entire life. After attending college at the State University at New Paltz, he began a career in real estate at Rennert-Diana & Co., Inc. founded by his father Richard Diana.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Diana has completed numerous sale and lease transactions in all boroughs. He also has extensive experience with construction, construction management and building maintenance.
Ranee Jaber graduated Cum Laude from Johns Hopkins University. In his years at DY Realty, he has facilitated countless lease transactions in the industrial, office and creative sectors. Originally from Brooklyn, he currently resides in Forest Hills, Queens.
Gary Diana began his career in commercial real estate industry in 1979 at the firm of Rennert-Diana & Co., Inc. Mr. Diana’s father, Richard Diana, founded the company in 1977 after having started in the business 20 years earlier.
Gary graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Economics. He began his career in commercial real estate industry in 1979 at Rennert-Diana & Co, Inc, the firm founded by his father, Richard Diana. Over his career, Mr. Diana has completed millions of square feet in transactions with a focus on the four outer boroughs of New York City.
In the past he served as President of the University's Alumni Organization and was a current member of its nomination recognition committee. He was an active member of several national and international groups that focus on education and cultural renewal for indigenous people throughout North America and South America. Gary worked to build schools in the Amazon and participation on building projects in South Dakota to improve the lives of Native American people living on reservations.
Sadly, after a brief, hard battle with pancreatic cancer, Gary passed away a little after midnight on August 23, 2016.
Warren Baymond joined DY Realty Services in 1988 after a career at IBM as a Field Engineer and Services Director. He has 18 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate leasing and sales. He has a strong track record of advising buyers, sellers, tenants, owners and investors to successful negotiate the acquisition, disposition and leasing of their properties. Understanding customer requirements and locating properties that help them achieve their business objectives has been the top priority. Warren has worked closely with city and state agencies and not-for-profit companies to achieve their objective of delivering valuable services to their clients and communities.
He has represented the New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation, the New York State Dormitory Authority, and been a member of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services Tenant Representation Team since 2011.
Warren studied Electrical Engineering at Howard University in Washington, DC and graduated from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio with a Master in Business Administration.
Justin Butts was born and raised in Sag Harbor, NY and earned his degree in International Business from Eckerd College in Florida. Fluent in English and German, he spent 3 years in Germany working for an international shipping and logistics company. When he returned to New York, Justin took up residence on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and began his career in industrial and commercial real estate. Since 2000, he has been instrumental in closing hundreds of sale and lease deals throughout the 5 boroughs.
A graduate of the business college at The New York Institute of Technology, Will received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Will has been working as an industrial agent since the age of eighteen, attending college at night after working during the day.
Will offers a forward and direct style of conducting business. He is experienced in representing both the landlord/seller or tenant/buyer side of a given transaction. He has facilitated numerous sale and lease transactions in NYC specializing in the outer boroughs.
A native New Yorker raised on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Aaron was schooled at The Bronx High School of Science. An Ultimate Frisbee National Champion, his first career was as a high school mathematics teacher. Having joined the DY team over a decade ago, Aaron has brokered various commercial real estate transactions, ranging from residential development sites to warehouse/distribution centers for many local businesses here in the outer boroughs.
A graduate of the New York College of Technology, Kris Jimenez is a Queens native. After a decade long career as a paramedic, he decided to build a more satisfying career in industrial and commercial real estate. Kris has focused on assisting local Queens clients with their industrial, office and creative space needs yet is ready for any challenge. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Originally from China, Jean Liu now calls Westbury, NY home. With a BA in English and a Master’s in Education, she has been involved in industrial and commercial real estate for many years. Adept in the Chinese and English languages, Jean has facilitated countless lease and sale transactions in the industrial, development and retail sectors.
Born in St Vincent and the Grenades, Davon moved to the Brooklyn in 1989 and worked as a Logistical Operational Supervisor for 11 years before getting his start in real estate. He holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College, and hopes to earn a BBA in Real Estate Development from Baruch College this year. Davon currently lives in Brooklyn and has facilitated numerous lease and sale transactions in the five boroughs.
Marvin is a graduate of Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (BA) and the Baruch College, CUNY (MBA) and a lifetime New Yorker. Following active duty in the Army Reserve, he entered the health care industry where he participated in the design and construction of numerous facilities in the New York metro area. After directing a major ambulance service as its CEO, as well as serving on the board of directors of several professional organizations, Marvin transitioned to a career in industrial and commercial real estate in 2000, and joined DY Realty in 2006.
Zion grew up in Israel and moved to New York City 25 years ago. He has worked as a computer programmer and as an entrepreneur in several successful businesses before joining DY Realty.
Over the past decade, Mr. Segev has completed numerous sale and lease transactions in all boroughs. He also has extensive experience with construction, construction management and building maintenance.
Paul Cianciaruso, Information Technology & Marketing Specialist was born and raised in Queens, NY and graduated from CUNY Queens College with a BA in Marketing, Communications & Media Studies. He joined DY Realty in 2015 and is involved with translating DY Realty’s vision into clear, concise marketing materials and design elements. Currently residing in Floral Park, Long Island, Paul also has a hand in DY Realty’s SEO, User Support, Geographical Imaging and Data Design.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Aidrich has been developing web-based database/reporting systems since 2000. In 2003, he joined DY Realty to implement the construction of our website, which includes our Customer, Listing and Marketing Management system. He is constantly working to improve the system with the latest technologies and features.
